WindowPRO was awarded 2013 Dealer of the Year by Window & Door Magazine and was one of only two companies honored for Overall Excellence.
“The Dealer of the Year program highlights professionalism in the residential window and door industry,” said Nicole Harris, publisher of Window & Door Magazine. WindowPRO earned both Dealer of the Year and Overall Excellence awards because the “leadership has continued to look for ways to expand its service levels to increasingly discerning homeowners.”
“WindowPRO is celebrating its 85th year in business in 2013,” said Jake Zahnow, president of WindowPRO and the fifth generation of the company’s family leadership. “We have been in business this long because we reacted quickly to changes in the marketplace. When the market started to contract in the late 2000s, we redoubled our focus on increasing the value of the products and services we offer rather than only trying to eliminate cost,” Zahnow says.
“Many companies fail to reinvent themselves or train and reenergize their staff,” says Zahnow. “Recruiting, training and motivating team members is very important to WindowPRO. We believe it is this core value that enables us to be flexible, best serve our customers, and ultimately be successful for the next 85 years.”
